Vietnam textile garment export expands steadily
As the world top 3 textile and garment exporter, Vietnam’s export still maintained steady growth, and met the annual export targets under the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 and 2022. This figure is expected to reach $50-52 billion in 2025 and $68-70 billion in 2030. As the domestic production of fabrics and garment accessories can only satisfy l0% of its production demand, Vietnam needs importing fabrics, garment accessories and materials from overseas.
